About CareWell Clinic

Started by three doctors who were tired of ten-minute appointments.

In 2011, Dr. Imran Qureshi and two colleagues opened a single consultation room in Model Town with a simple rule: every patient gets the time their condition actually needs. That rule still runs the clinic today, across five departments and a team of twenty-two.

Our mission

Accessible, unhurried, honest care.

We measure success by whether a patient understood their diagnosis well enough to explain it to their family — not by how many patients we moved through the waiting room. That means longer default appointment slots, doctors who write notes in plain language, and a policy of never billing for a test we can't clearly justify.

We also believe healthcare shouldn't stop at the clinic door. Our community outreach team runs free screening camps in underserved parts of the city twice a year, and our nutrition counsellors work in the local language, not translated pamphlets.

What guides every decision

Patient time over patient volume

Plain-language explanations

Transparent, upfront pricing

One shared patient record

Community screening access

Milestones

Fourteen years, one waiting room at a time.

2011 — One room, three doctors

CareWell Clinic opens as a single family-practice room above a pharmacy in Model Town.

2014 — On-site lab added

Patients no longer need a separate lab visit for routine blood work and ECGs.

2017 — Maternal & child health wing

A dedicated women's health team joins, expanding prenatal and vaccination services.

2020 — Digital patient records

Every department moves to one shared file, ending repeated intake forms.

2023 — Community screening camps launch

Free diabetes and hypertension screening reaches over 3,000 residents in year one.

2026 — 38,000th patient welcomed

Our team grows to twenty-two, still led by two of the three founding doctors.

Leadership

The people behind the plan.

Dr. Imran Qureshi

Founding Physician, Internal Medicine. Twenty-two years in family and internal medicine, focused on chronic disease management.

Dr. Sana Malik

Head of Maternal & Child Health. Leads the prenatal and vaccination programs, and our community screening camps.

Dr. Bilal Ahmed

Clinical Pharmacist & Operations Lead. Oversees the on-site pharmacy and medication-safety reviews.

"We didn't set out to build a big clinic. We set out to never rush a diagnosis. Everything else followed from that."

— Dr. Imran Qureshi, Founding Physician
