Started by three doctors who were tired of ten-minute appointments.
In 2011, Dr. Imran Qureshi and two colleagues opened a single consultation room in Model Town with a simple rule: every patient gets the time their condition actually needs. That rule still runs the clinic today, across five departments and a team of twenty-two.
Accessible, unhurried, honest care.
We measure success by whether a patient understood their diagnosis well enough to explain it to their family — not by how many patients we moved through the waiting room. That means longer default appointment slots, doctors who write notes in plain language, and a policy of never billing for a test we can't clearly justify.
We also believe healthcare shouldn't stop at the clinic door. Our community outreach team runs free screening camps in underserved parts of the city twice a year, and our nutrition counsellors work in the local language, not translated pamphlets.
